Donation Request Form
We’ve been lucky to serve a community that shows up for each other, and we’re honored to give back when we can. Over the years, we’ve supported causes close to our hearts. But here’s the truth:
We’re a small (fierce) team, but if we said yes to every single request, we wouldn’t last another season.
So, to keep things clear and kind, here’s how donation requests work:
All donation requests must come through our official online form.
You’ll need to complete the whole form for your request to be considered.
No emails, DMs, in-person asks, or calls please. We love you, but we can’t keep track of all that.
We need to receive your request at least 30 days before your event.
We don’t offer delivery for donated items. Someone from your organization will need to pick it up during our open hours.
Your organization must be based in and directly serving a community in the Greater Milwaukee area.
If it’s been 10 business days, and you haven’t heard back from us, that means we’re unable to donate. Please don’t take it personally. We’re doing our best to balance love and sustainability.
