Available as a stand-alone experience or as an enhancement to our event packages, Pearl Girls is an immersive oyster bar featuring curated East & West Coast oyster varieties and premium roe, paired with thoughtfully crafted accompaniments and artfully presented for a truly elevated guest experience.

A curated selection of three oyster varieties accompanied by house-made chili crisp, seasonal mignonette, chimichurri, cracked black pepper, charred lemon, and fermented hot sauces.

  • Includes one indulgent hour of hand-shucked oysters

  • Always a bespoke presentation curated to your event, we offer walking oysters, an oyster bar, and an oyster wall – whatever fits your vibe!

  • Pricing for a standalone event: $500 base fee + $18/per guest

  • Pricing for Flour Girl & Flame fully-catered event: $350 base fee + $18/per guest

  • Caviar bump upgrade available + fresh seasonal vegetarian skewers available to add-on

  • Please note we only charge for 75% of the adult guest count

  • Minimum: $1,500
